This is why we do what we do, helping even 1 person at a time! This sweet girl is being raised by her 20 year old sister while their mom is living in a tent in Fort Worth with her boyfriend. Her older sister is working 2 jobs to support the two of them. We were able to take her through our boutique Stepping Stones Boutique to pick out some clothes, and then filled their fridge/pantry with food. She was so proud to have food for her and her sister and sent us this picture to show her excitement. Her face says it all! Can you imagine being so excited to have food in your house? She has food because of you and your generosity. Thank you all to helping these sweet sisters! 💓
Friends we need your help! We really want to get all of these clothes out of plastic bins and into our Stepping Stones Boutique so the at risk and homeless children don’t have to sort through bins in a dark garage when they need clothes. We priced out the shelving and racks and it will cost $2500 to complete it. If anyone feels led to donate to help make this project a reality we’d be forever grateful!!
We had a wonderful Saturday at our Summer Clothing Giveaway! It’s a time where homeless and at-risk youth come shop for free clothing, shoes, underwear and toiletries from our Stepping Stones Boutique. They are escorted by our amazing groups of volunteers from National Charity League Inc., Southlake Chapter , National Charity League Keller and YMSL Southlake. Tote bags for the event were donated by Carolyn Ann Wang.
The amazing Christina Bynum-Breaux and the Ruibal family were featured on WFAA Ch8 news tonight in a segment on hidden hunger. Stepping Stones exists on donations alone to make sure these kids don’t go hungry on her watch.
TODAY is North Texas Giving Day from 6am-midnight CT so click on our link and share your gift with the children of Stepping Stones Foundation. Your donation will provide underwear, socks, toiletries, food, weather appropriate clothes and shoes, mattresses and…
